Discussion on Major Public Contest Project Selection and Measures to Secure Provincial Funds

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon County in Gyeongnam announced on the 4th that it held a policy meeting at the county office governor's office by inviting Provincial Assemblyman Kim Yoon-cheol, with heads of departments and major division chiefs attending, to discuss the selection of major public contest projects and measures to secure provincial funding.
At this meeting, various administrative procedure approvals and requests for provincial funding support were made for seven pending projects, including the construction of the local road No. 1084 section from Noyang to Jeongdae, Hapcheon-eup and Chogye-myeon urban regeneration New Deal public contest projects, and rural living water development projects.
Additionally, two institutional improvements aimed at resolving residents' inconveniences and enhancing administrative work efficiency were also discussed.
Governor Moon Jun-hee stated, “The projects proposed this time are important roles of the Gyeongnam Provincial Government,” and requested, “Please make efforts to have them reflected as much as possible.”
In response, Provincial Assemblyman Kim Yoon-cheol replied, “I will visit each department of the Gyeongnam Provincial Government to explain the necessity of the projects and do my best to secure the budget.”
