The Lifelong Learning Village Instructor Training Project is a program that nurtures marriage immigrant women residing in the district as village instructors, enhancing their capabilities to work as program instructors at various local institutions such as the Nam-gu Multicultural Family Support Center, Nam-gu Out-of-School Support Center, community child centers, and lifelong learning institutions.
Accordingly, Nam-gu will recruit participants for the lifelong learning village instructor training for marriage immigrant women from the 5th to the 7th.
The number of recruits is 15, and the project participants will take part in the training course to become village instructors from mid-August to the end of September.
The training program consists of basic courses such as voice training, emotional and expressive speech, as well as advanced courses including group learning and practical demonstrations in various fields such as foreign languages, culture, and history.
Upon completion of the training course, participants will conduct lectures on-site as lifelong learning instructors, followed by one-on-one customized coaching from experts.
Through this project, Nam-gu plans to nurture 15 marriage immigrant women as competent village instructors who can introduce daily English as well as their own culture and history, providing them with jobs as learning support instructors and lifelong learning program instructors in after-school classes and various institutions.
