Carrot Sonbo Applies AI Video Recognition to SKT Mobile Phone Insurance Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Carrot General Insurance announced on the 3rd that it will apply its artificial intelligence (AI) video recognition technology to SK Telecom's non-face-to-face mobile phone insurance subscription service.
The AI video recognition technology automatically scans the uploaded 360-degree video of the mobile phone to check for damage. Customers can subscribe simply by uploading videos of the phone's exterior after filming, and the AI video recognition mobile phone insurance subscription service will start on the 6th.
