CapsTec is a specialized company providing security personnel and comprehensive facility management necessary for building operations, such as manpower security, facility management, and environmental cleaning. With the launch of CapsCleanCare, it is now introducing professional pest control services as well.
Rentokil is a global pest control specialist with over 100 years of history, providing services in more than 70 countries worldwide. Based on service know-how accumulated over a long period through its global network, it offers customized pest control and hygiene environment services.
CapsCleanCare, introduced through the business partnership between CapsTec and Rentokil, provides comprehensive hygiene solutions tailored to customer needs, ranging from sterilization quarantine that removes pathogenic microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria, to walking pest control that eliminates rats, cockroaches, ants, and flying pest control that removes fruit flies, flies, mosquitoes, and more.
One advantage is that customers who use both sterilization and pest control services simultaneously can receive customized services at more reasonable prices. It proposes optimal sterilization quarantine and pest control services considering the characteristics, scale, and environment of business sites such as restaurants, lodging facilities, offices, and shopping malls, and provides the 'CapsCleanCare ZONE' mark and issues disinfection certificates to help visitors enter the premises with confidence.
They are also promoting the development of quarantine robots incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) technology and linked services with security. CapsTec plans to further upgrade the CapsCleanCare service by combining ADT Caps' physical security technology and its parent company SK Telecom's ICT technology, aiming to become a comprehensive facility management company based on advanced technology.
