Defendant A posted sexually explicit malicious comments about Kim Jae-joong on an online community in May 2018, and defendant B also left three malicious comments that included insults and references to past punishments for malicious comments, saying "(Kim Jae-joong's malicious comments) are my fault?" in the same year.
