Appointed NTS Commissioner Kim was born in 1967, graduated from Naeseong High School in Busan and Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration, entered public service through the 36th Administrative Examination, and has held key positions such as Director of the Investigation Division 2 at the Central Regional Tax Office, Director of the Investigation Division 1 at the Seoul Regional Tax Office, Commissioner of the Busan Regional Tax Office, and Deputy Commissioner at the Headquarters.
