'KB Golden Life Center' is the first dedicated retirement asset management consultation center opened by a financial institution for senior customers. Retirement planning experts with at least 10 years of asset management experience diagnose the customer's retirement preparation status, suggest ways to financially prepare for any deficiencies, and provide solutions for managing the returns on retirement preparation assets.
Experts from the WM Star Advisory Group also provide comprehensive advisory services in various fields such as retirement asset management, taxation, real estate, and legal matters. Utilizing the customer community space ‘KB Star Lounge,’ various financial and non-financial seminars for happy retirement preparation will be regularly held.
'KB Golden Life Center' is available to any senior customer interested in retirement preparation and operates by appointment only to provide personalized 1:1 customer services. To commemorate the opening, a first-come, first-served visit consultation event is also being held. Customers who make a consultation reservation through the event page on Internet Banking and Star Banking and complete the visit consultation will receive a Starbucks coffee coupon.
