LG Electronics announced on the 29th that it recently completed the installation of LED (Light Emitting Diode) signage for the 'Flight Information Display System' at Terminal C of Sheremetyevo International Airport, located in the northern part of Moscow.
The flight information display system installed by LG Electronics measures 68.5 meters in width and 6.5 meters in height. The pixel pitch is 2.5 mm, allowing for clear content display. The LED signage consists of LED modules without cabinet borders, enabling multiple panels to be connected seamlessly to appear as one large screen.
The company also supplied a large number of signage units installed at the Terminal C check-in desks and VIP lounge. Terminal C was renovated as part of Sheremetyevo Airport's new airport construction project and opened earlier this year.
Previously, LG Electronics had supplied a large number of commercial displays to Terminal B of the same airport two years ago, gaining recognition for product competitiveness and operational convenience.
At Terminal B, indoor LED signage covering a total area of 1,164 square meters was installed. Various products were supplied, including 88-inch Ultra Stretch signage with a 32:9 aspect ratio and UHD resolution capable of playing diverse content, creating flight information display systems, advertising signage sculptures, and airport check-in desk signage.
LG Electronics has secured a broad lineup to meet diverse business demands in the commercial display sector. LG Signage, equipped with the proprietary webOS platform, offers excellent ease of use and convenient maintenance. In addition to Russia, various signage products have been supplied to major airports in European countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Hungary, and Norway.
