On the 28th, GH announced that it has established the '10 Ways to Work at GH' to accelerate internal innovation for achieving its new vision.
The 10 Ways to Work at GH consist of three criteria (Dignity, Boldness, Qualification) and 10 rules.
Among the 10 rules are ▲ We uphold integrity and respect social values ▲ Instructions are clear, execution is swift ▲ Challenge is the start of innovation, failure is part of the innovation process, including creative ideas and work methods.
