Seoul City Files Complaint Against Chosun Ilbo Reporter for Unauthorized Entry into Women's Family Policy Office Room
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Dong-hoon] A reporter from Chosun Ilbo who frequents Seoul City Hall was caught secretly photographing documents after unlawfully entering the office of the Women and Family Policy Market Director in the main building of City Hall.
On the 24th, Seoul Namdaemun Police Station announced that they received a complaint from Seoul City regarding Chosun Ilbo reporter A and are investigating on suspicion of trespassing.
According to the police, reporter A is accused of secretly entering the office of the Women and Family Policy Director on the 9th floor of the main building of Seoul City Hall at around 6:50 a.m. on the 17th and photographing materials. Reporter A was caught on site by a City Hall employee. It is reported that the reporter deleted the photos after the employee's objection.
