Fire at Parking Tower Next to Dormitory of Seoul Hoseo Professional School... About 20 Students Evacuated
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] At around 11:45 a.m. on the 24th, a fire broke out in a parking tower in Naebalsan-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and was fully extinguished at 1:08 p.m.
Due to the fire, about 20 people, including students, evacuated from the adjacent building where the 2nd to 5th floors are used as dormitories for Seoul Hoseo Professional School, and one man in his 20s inhaled smoke and received emergency treatment on site.
According to the fire authorities, the fire started in the duct (air passage) of the parking tower adjacent to the dormitory building of Seoul Hoseo Professional School. Fortunately, the fire did not spread to the dormitory building.
