Looking at the average scores by category for the five shopping apps, the Web Development Research Institute evaluated that content and technical aspects were excellent with scores in the 90s, while business functions were average with scores in the 80s. However, design was somewhat lacking with scores in the 70s, and customer attraction was significantly insufficient with an average score in the 50s. Professor Moon Hyung-nam of Sookmyung Women's University Graduate School of Business, who oversaw this evaluation, pointed out, "While shopping apps were generally good in technical aspects, most were lacking in app accessibility," adding, "It is inconvenient for people with disabilities to use, so improvement is urgently needed."
