Agreement Reached at Local Government Labor-Management Council on the 23rd

On this day, the labor-management council members discussed the need to improve working conditions and boost morale for local government officials, reaching an agreement on three agenda items: revision of the local government officials' service ordinance, a special promotion system, and the establishment of an important duty allowance. They also accepted modifications related to the personnel management consultative body.
Accordingly, outstanding officials recognized for exceptional performance or contributions will be granted reward leave, and operational guidelines will be established for the special promotion system and the important duty allowance for local government officials. Additionally, regular personnel management meetings will be held to establish fair and transparent personnel administration.
