Kim Jae-ryeon, the lawyer representing the victim, met with reporters in front of the On·Sesang law firm office around 9 a.m. on the 21st and said, "We will hold a press conference this week. There are parts that cause unnecessary misunderstandings, so we are preparing additional facts that the media is curious about." Kim said the date for the second press conference has been set, but the location and time have not yet been finalized.
He also urged, regarding the late-night police investigation of Special Advisor Lim, who is at the center of the suspicion of leaking the accusation against the late former Mayor Park, "It must be revealed through what channel he found out, so he should have actively cooperated with the investigation."
Earlier, the victim's side of the late former Mayor Park held a press conference on the sexual harassment case by the Seoul Mayor at the Korean Women's Hotline office in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul on the 13th. On the 16th, they released a statement on the Seoul City fact-finding investigation team's announcement and disclosed circumstances of sexual harassment and concealment and aiding that had taken place in the Seoul Mayor's Secretariat.

At the second press conference, the victim's side is expected to mainly address additional suspicions that have emerged since the first press conference, such as the suspicion of leaking the accusation involving Lim Sun-young, Seoul City's Gender Special Advisor. In addition, plans on which institution will make judgments on future sexual harassment accusations and how those judgments will be received are also expected to be announced.
