According to the city council on the 21st, the Welfare and Environment Committee visited (Foundation) Jeonju City Welfare Foundation 'Jeonju Saram' located in Wansan-gu in relation to the review of the 'Partial Amendment Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Jeonju City Welfare Foundation' submitted to the 373rd extraordinary session.
On that day, Chairperson Seo Nan-i and the Welfare and Environment Committee members visited 'Jeonju Saram' to listen to the operational vision and the progress of major projects, and took time to hear about operational difficulties such as office aging and limited space.
In addition, since January next year, the financial welfare service supporting low-income and working-class people, which was promoted by the Jeonju City Financial Welfare Counseling Center, will be directly operated by the Jeonju City Welfare Foundation, and on-site discussions were held regarding the preparation status for this.
