A marketer who has been active in the fashion industry for over 20 years has ventured into the food service business, and the first cafe brand she introduced is stirring up Daechi-dong, right in the heart of Gangnam, Seoul. Since a marketing expert meticulously prepared it, the cafe offers fun elements that cannot be experienced at ordinary cafes, and its unique brand story also appeals to customers. This is the story of 'Brown Rabbit,' a cafe brand recently launched by IEL (CEO Lee Jeonghee) with the opening of its first store in Daechi-dong, Seoul.
On the 21st, IEL explained about Brown Rabbit, which opened its first store in Eunma Intersection, Daechi-dong: "The brand story is about Brown, a space rabbit who travels to fruit planets in search of the universe's best taste and introduces delicious drinks to Earth." The story embodies the brand spirit of never staying in one place and constantly challenging and exploring new things to continuously provide better taste and service to customers.
Brown Rabbit, which opened in Daechi-dong, was designed based on this story. The single-seat window by the red brick and curved glass evokes the image of a spaceship laboratory landed on Mars, showing great attention to interior design. This reflects the sensibility of CEO Lee Jeonghee of IEL, who has over 25 years of experience in marketing for sports and fashion brands. CEO Lee has previously overseen marketing at Puma Korea, Fashion Group Sejung, and Genesis BBQ Group. Based on this experience, after much consideration of creating tastier, healthier new cafe beverages and a new space to communicate with customers, CEO Lee introduced Brown Rabbit.
He said, "A differentiated strategy is the various customer communications that allow many people to experience Brown Rabbit directly or indirectly," adding, "Brown Rabbit will continue to offer healthy menus with great taste and quality to consumers and will carry out continuous service marketing for the space."
IEL emphasized that although the brand story is strong, the taste is not neglected. The signature menu includes 'Frutti,' made by blending fruit with tea, 'Cheekfrutti,' topped with cheese cream, and egg waffles that can be enjoyed with drinks. For the summer season, menus such as 'Fruit Coolerci' and 'Fruit Yogurt Smoothie' series are also prepared to beat the heat.
