According to the legal community on the 20th, Judge Seung-hoon Song of the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Division 12 sentenced self-employed individual A (55) to a fine of 2 million won with a one-year suspended sentence on charges of professional negligence causing injury.
A, who operates a restaurant in Seocho-gu, Seoul, was brought to trial on charges that last October, customer B was sitting on the first-floor terrace when a chair leg slipped off the terrace, causing B to fall to the ground and sustain injuries to the knee and other areas.
