Beijing Eases COVID-19 Emergency Response Level

[Asia Economy Beijing=Special Correspondent Jo Young-shin] Beijing authorities announced on the 19th that from 0:00 on the 20th, the emergency response level for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) will be relaxed from level 2 to level 3.
Beijing authorities had raised the response level to level 2 on the 16th of last month after confirmed cases exceeded 100 due to a cluster infection at the Xinfadi (新發地) wholesale market on June 11.
