Changwon City, Official YouTube Channel Naming Contest
A Total of 400,000 Won Nubijeon Awarded to Four People Including the Best Performer
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Choi Hyun-joo] Changwon City in Gyeongnam announced on the 15th that it is holding a naming contest for the city's official YouTube channel.
The contest will be held from the 16th to the 24th. The city launched the YouTube channel '#ChangwonTV' in 2010, providing lively live broadcasts and various video content, currently boasting over 5,600 subscribers.
Anyone can participate online through the city's website 'ChangwonSaramE-rang'. Applicants should propose a concise name within 10 characters that reflects Changwon City's unique image and is easy and friendly to remember.
Changwon City plans to select the final winning entry on the 30th after judging creativity, suitability, popularity, and usability. The grand prize winner will receive 200,000 won, the excellence prize winner 100,000 won, and two encouragement prizes of 50,000 won each, totaling 400,000 won in Nubijeon. The winning name will be used as the official name of Changwon City's YouTube channel going forward.
