Sahakyeongeum Actively Promotes Activation of Proactive Administrative Exemption
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] The Private School Teachers' Pension announced on the 14th that it will actively promote the activation of the proactive administration exemption system.
At the '2020 2nd Audit Deliberation Committee' held at the Federation of Korean Industries Building in Yeouido, Seoul on the 3rd, the Private School Teachers' Pension unanimously resolved to grant exemption for the proactive administration exemption review case.
The proactive administration exemption system refers to a system that exempts or reduces responsibility for officials who have actively handled their duties for the public interest, provided there is no intentional or gross negligence.
The agenda item deliberated at the committee on that day was a proactive administration exemption case applied for in relation to the internal comprehensive audit of the Private School Teachers' Pension conducted in May. In March, the Private School Teachers' Pension established the 'Proactive Administration Support System Innovation Plan' focusing on activating the proactive administration exemption system and has been making various efforts to promote the system.
