21-Year-Old Woman Living in Nonhyeon-dong Confirmed Positive on 11th, Colleague of Gangdong-gu Confirmed Case...57-Year-Old Woman Living in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu Developed Symptoms After Contact on 10th with Gwanak-gu Confirmed Case Confirmed the Previous Day
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 13th, two additional COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Gangnam-gu, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Gangnam-gu to 91.
A 21-year-old woman residing in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, was a colleague of a confirmed case in Gangdong-gu who tested positive on the 11th. She visited the Gangnam-gu Public Health Center with symptoms such as fever and cough, and tested positive that morning.
Also, a 57-year-old woman living in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, after contact with a confirmed case from Gwanak-gu on the 10th, visited the Gangnam-gu Public Health Center with symptoms including sore throat and tested positive that morning.
Gangnam-gu identified the movements of the two individuals within the district and conducted disinfection along their routes. Epidemiological investigations are ongoing for additional contacts.
In particular, it was confirmed that the 21-year-old woman visited the Nonhyeon 1-dong Community Service Center, which was immediately disinfected and closed. The Nonhyeon 1-dong Community Service Center will be closed for the day and will resume normal operations from the 14th.

Furthermore, related to the cluster infection that occurred at a company in Nonhyeon-dong on the 11th, the total number of confirmed cases increased to three with new cases reported in Dongjak-gu and Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do the previous day. Among 86 employees tested, as of the 13th, 45 have tested negative, and the rest are awaiting results.
