Cheil Worldwide announced on the 12th that on the 11th, an employee working at the Gangnam office 'GT Tower' in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, tested positive for COVID-19, resulting in the closure of the office and the sending of a notification message about the confirmed case to all employees.
Cheil Worldwide stated, "Prioritizing the safety of our employees, we immediately closed the Gangnam office at GT Tower in Seocho-dong," adding, "We are conducting emergency disinfection of the workspaces and will respond according to the guidelines of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency."
The company is working with health authorities to trace the movements and contacts of the confirmed case, and those who had contact will be required to self-quarantine and undergo COVID-19 testing.
