[Featured Stock] Wooridle Hubrain Rises on Antigen Test Kit Distribution Benefit Expectations
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Wooridle Hubrain is showing strong performance. It appears that news about taking charge of the distribution of antigen diagnostic kits has had an impact.
As of 9:16 AM on the 6th, Wooridle Hubrain was trading at 3,455 KRW, up 5.66% (185 KRW) compared to the previous trading day.
Researcher Kim Taeyeop of Hanyang Securities explained, "BBB, the second largest shareholder, has collaborated with Celltrion to obtain European CE certification for the Mark-B antigen diagnostic kit," adding, "As supply is expected to become visible in the near future, Wooridle Hubrain will be responsible for the distribution of this kit."
Researcher Kim Taeyeop further explained, "Celltrion's antigen-antibody technology has been integrated into the previously developed Vistem covid-19 kit platform, enabling diagnostic test results to be confirmed within 10 minutes with RT-PCR level sensitivity," and added, "Previously supplied kits were mostly RT-PCR (genetic diagnosis) and antibody RDT (rapid diagnostic kits), each with distinct advantages and disadvantages, so no single kit could perform the diagnostic test alone."
