'Save Me, Holmes' Searching for Two-Room Jeonse in Seoul... Kim Sook "Hard to Find Jeonse in Seoul"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jeong-ho] A scene of searching for a two-room apartment in Seoul was revealed on 'Save Me, Holmes.'
On the afternoon of the 5th, MBC's 'Save Me, Holmes' aired with Red Velvet's Irene and Seulgi, and SEVENTEEN's Seungkwan and Jeonghan appearing as intern coordinators.
On this day, two friends looking for a house where they could enjoy home parties appeared as clients. The clients stated that they were looking for a new home as their lease was about to expire.
Additionally, the two wanted a space suitable for home parties with a good view and a terrace, and hoped for a nearby mart or convenience store.
They also wanted a location within 45 minutes by public transportation from Sinchon and Yeouido, where their workplaces are located. Their budget was up to 370 million KRW for a jeonse deposit.
MC Kim Sook said, "House prices have risen within a year. The feeling was quite strong. There weren't many houses available within that budget (that the clients wanted). Jeonse was even harder to find."
Accordingly, the team led by Jang Dong-min, Seungkwan, and Jeonghan introduced a place called 'Han River View Very NICE House' located in Dangsan-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
This place had thorough security with a resting area, a shared entrance door lock, and CCTV. Jeonghan said, "My house also has a Han River view, but it’s not this open. This place seems better," and praised, "If you put a big table in the living room, you could enjoy a home party."
Also, the floor of this house was made of bright-toned hardwood, making cleaning and maintenance easy after home parties, catching viewers' attention. Basic options included a three-burner induction stove, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, and heat exchanger.
There was also a rooftop sky park available for communal use. Jang Dong-min expressed anticipation, saying, "It's nice during the day, but the night view is expected to be great."
