[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Jang Je-won, a member of the Future United Party, criticized on the 3rd, “The Democratic Party of Korea has committed an unprecedented outrage that trampled on the National Assembly, a symbol of democracy, for the second time in just one month since the start of the 21st National Assembly,” adding, “This is an outrage that history will record and will remain an indelible stain in the constitutional history of the Republic of Korea.”
On the same day, Representative Jang said on Facebook, “Not only the current Democratic Party leadership, including Representative Lee Hae-chan and Floor Leader Kim Tae-nyeon, but also Democratic presidential candidate Lee Nak-yeon, who participated in the outrage without a single word of regret, will be remembered by the people as cowardly politicians who succumbed to power,” and added, “Democratic Party lawmakers should also feel ashamed.”
Representative Jang pointed out, “Is there not a single conscientious member in the Democratic Party who says ‘This is not right’ or ‘This is excessive’?” and “The Democratic Party should realize that it has fallen into collective hypnosis and is degenerating into a totalitarian party. It should also quickly realize that it is becoming a pitiful regime’s slave that has destroyed the function of the legislature.”

Representative Jang stated, “There do not seem to be many citizens who would sympathize with being trampled on yet. There are still not enough citizens who will share the anger together,” and “For the remaining term of 3 years and 11 months, we must fight smartly. Until the day of victory, we must sharpen the sword in its sheath with refined anger and strengthen the barriers.”
