SH Corporation Launches 'SH Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee' to Strengthen CS...
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 2nd that it has formed the 'SH Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee' consisting of three experts to pursue citizen happiness through customer satisfaction management.
The newly formed Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee plans to propose directions for CS improvement and customer management measures in areas such as customer service, design, construction, defects, and housing management to the corporation. They will also devise various evaluation methods for motivating employees in each task regarding CS education, including kindness and quality training.
The three members appointed to the Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee are Ha Wonseon, President of the Seoul Chapter of the Korea Housing Managers Association; Lee Donsu, General Manager of Customer Satisfaction at Korea Development; and Kim Hyunju, Director of the Good Service Academy. They began their two-year term on July 1.
The corporation plans to use the first Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for the third quarter of 2020 to comprehensively reorganize the CS management infrastructure, including consulting on CS management strategies for each corporate task from the three experts.
Meanwhile, SH Corporation has held an annual Customer Satisfaction Citizen Contest and Partners Day (an event inviting and appreciating partner companies) since last year. It is also making efforts for customer satisfaction management by conducting its own customer satisfaction surveys targeting residents.
