Previously, only the insurance claimant themselves could claim insurance benefits through the mobile application.
To use the proxy claim service, select the 'Proxy Claim' function in the mobile app and enter the information of the insurance claimant, such as a parent or spouse. The proxy claim is completed by entering the code number sent via text message to the insurance claimant's mobile phone.
