Gwangju Social Economy Enterprise Products to Be Sold on Home Shopping Channels
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Social economy companies in Gwangju, Seton Bakery (organic grain flakes) and Trechan Co., Ltd. (nuruk-fermented kimchi), are entering TV home shopping.
Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 30th that it has selected two social enterprises to be listed on SK Stoa Co., Ltd., a home shopping specialist company, to promote and expand sales channels for social economy enterprise products, and will begin full support.
Earlier, in October last year, Gwangju signed a business agreement with SK Stoa Co., Ltd. to support the distribution of social economy enterprise products in the region for home shopping entry.
SK Stoa Co., Ltd. evaluated local social enterprise products based on criteria such as Gwangju's representativeness, product quality, and broadcast suitability, and finally selected these outstanding social enterprises.
Selected companies will receive support for one broadcast cost and promotional video production per company, and even after the broadcast, additional exposure will be continuously promoted through re-broadcasts and social commerce in consultation with SK Stoa Co., Ltd.
The home shopping broadcast will be aired nationwide in October after preparation processes such as product supplementation and video production.
