Renault Samsung Launches 'Challenge! Quiz Race' for Over 3,000 Owners
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Renault Samsung Motors announced on the 29th that it will hold the ‘Challenge! Quiz Race’ event for members of the convenient vehicle management membership apps ‘MY Renault Samsung’ and ‘MY Renault’.
This ‘Challenge! Quiz Race’ event targets customers who participate in quizzes updated every Monday and Thursday at 11 a.m. until the 26th of next month. A total of 3,000 Renault Samsung owners will be selected by lottery to receive various prizes such as ice cream, coffee, donuts, and department store gift certificates.
Additionally, special prizes are prepared for customers who participate in the bonus missions. Detailed information about the bonus missions can be found by downloading the MY Renault Samsung app. Bonus mission prizes include the ‘Makeup LED Room Mirror’ (20 winners) launching in July, the ‘Multi Smart Key Cover’ (10 winners) that can store cards and smart keys simultaneously, the ‘Premium Picnic Set A’ worth 330,000 KRW (2 winners), and the ‘Premium Picnic Set B’ worth 490,000 KRW (1 winner), all awarded by lottery.
Meanwhile, the ‘MY Renault Samsung’ and ‘MY Renault’ mobile apps are vehicle management membership apps that allow users to easily check various information about their cars and membership benefits right from their hands, including online maintenance reservations and chat consultations. Especially with the newly added connected features, vehicles equipped with the ‘Easy Connect’ function such as the XM3 can remotely control the car, check remote information, find the car’s location, and operate various functions all through the app.
