[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Nonghyup Distribution, which operates Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, showcased the first shipment of Shine Muscat grapes of the year on the 26th. Shine Muscat is a green grape with a thin skin and no seeds, making it easy to eat. Compared to regular high-sugar grapes, it has a higher sugar content of 18-20 Brix, characterized by a crisp texture and low acidity. When refrigerated, it can be stored for 2 to 3 months, and if you chew the skin for a long time, you can sense a mango scent, earning it the nickname "Mango Grape." It is rich in vitamins C, K, and B6, and contains magnesium, iron, and potassium.
