Son Kwae-hwan Elected as Three-Term Chairman of Tongyeong City Council for the Second Half Term
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] The Tongyeong City Council in Gyeongnam announced on the 26th that Son Kwae-hwan, a three-term member of the Future United Party, was elected as the chairman for the second half of the term.
The Tongyeong City Council held the election for the second half chairman group the day before.
Son received 10 out of 13 total votes from council members.
Son stated, "I will do my best to improve the quality of life for citizens and the development of Tongyeong with my original intention and passion."
The vice chairman elected was Bae Do-su, a two-term member of the Future United Party.
