Construction and Housing Forum Holds First Half Regular Seminar
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ga-yeon] The Construction and Housing Forum (Chairman Han Jeong-tak) and the Korea Housing Association (Chairman Kim Dae-cheol) will jointly hold a seminar titled "Can We Control Seoul Housing Prices?" at 2 p.m. on June 26 in the medium conference room on the 2nd floor of the Construction Hall located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu.
In this seminar, Professor Yoon Ju-seon of Hongik University will present on "A Basic Survey Study of Actual Housing Demand by District in Seoul." Additionally, Professor Lee Hyuk-joo of Seoul National University of Science and Technology will present "High Density and Planned Value, The Great Distortion," and Executive Director Kim Sun-cheol of Mugunghwa Trust will present "Issues and Countermeasures for Urban Renewal Projects in the Post-COVID Era."
Meanwhile, the seminar will feature a panel discussion chaired by Lee Myung-hoon, Dean of the Graduate School of Real Estate Convergence at Hanyang University, with panelists including Kang Maeng-hoon, Director of Urban Regeneration at Seoul City, Kang Shin-bong, Vice President of the Urban Renewal Association, Lee Ha-na, Deputy General Manager at Maeil Business Newspaper, Lee Sang-hoon, Deputy Director of the Korea Agency for Infrastructure Technology Advancement, Lee Joo-il, Ph.D. at Seoul Institute, and Professor Lee Hee-jung of the University of Seoul.
