[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Guro-gu (Mayor Lee Seong) is carrying out various support activities for small and venture companies in the region to enter open markets.
On the 24th, Guro-gu announced that it will prepare an ‘Online Customized Marketing Support Project’ for small and venture companies that possess core technology and products but face difficulties in developing sales channels.
The ‘Online Customized Marketing Support Project’ is conducted by matching marketing experts one-on-one with participating companies to provide consulting for entering open markets.
Guro-gu supports entry into open markets specialized in the technology and products owned by companies in cooperation with marketing professional firms. These open markets include Gmarket, 11st, Auction, Interpark, and other internet shopping intermediaries used by many sellers and buyers.
It assists in creating customized detailed pages according to the characteristics and sales strategies of each market, producing SNS marketing pages, and provides consulting on various online marketing such as video production, press coverage, product photography, and Smart Store advertising.
Guro-gu, together with the Venture Business Association, plans to select 10 manufacturing and distribution companies with proprietary innovative technology in July and help promote venture products and produce content through marketing professional companies in August. In October, a performance sharing meeting on technology and products will be held to support company promotion.
