Former Major Leaguer Kang Jung-ho, who is seeking to return to the KBO League, held a press conference on the 23rd at the Stanford Hotel in Seoul to address his stance regarding drunk driving. Kang, who caused controversy with three drunk driving incidents, was released by the Pittsburgh Pirates last August and was unable to find a new team. He submitted an application to return to the KBO on the 20th of last month.
