Korea University-LG Chem, Industry-Academia Cooperation Agreement in Battery Sector

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter So-yeon Park] Korea University held an industry-academia cooperation agreement ceremony with LG Chem in the battery sector on the 23rd. Both parties agreed to establish the "Korea University-LG Chem Next-Generation Battery Materials Center" at Korea University to develop core battery technologies, and to select some of LG Chem's R&D personnel to support big data and AI education. Korea University and LG Chem also pledged to collaborate on applying innovative technologies necessary for building smart factories.
