On the afternoon of the 17th, the district held an “Employee Communication Meeting” at the in-house academy of the district office, attended by Deputy Mayor Choi Hong-yeon, Audit Officer Hwang Jin-yeon, the head of the HR team, and about 50 employees at grade 6 or below from the district and neighborhood offices.
The meeting was organized to establish integrity followship and foster a communicative public service culture.
First, the participants watched a “promotional video” emphasizing the importance of integrity to reflect on its meaning.
Then, under the chairmanship of Deputy Mayor Choi Hong-yeon, they openly shared opinions and sought improvement measures regarding organizational issues they considered unreasonable or in need of improvement, such as ▲practices ▲personnel systems ▲unfair work instructions.
Deputy Mayor Choi Hong-yeon stated, “We will find solutions to the problems raised by the participants as soon as possible and promote the introduction of improvement measures. We will continue to build a more integrity-driven Dongdaemun-gu through candid communication with employees.”
Dongdaemun-gu is striving to enhance integrity through various programs such as ▲integrity education for executives at grade 5 or above ▲integrity evaluations of executives ▲production of integrity promotional videos with direct participation from employees.
