The 23rd confirmed case in Siheung, Mr. A, is a male resident of Mokgam-dong who was a contact of a confirmed case in Guro-gu on the 16th and is currently asymptomatic. He began self-quarantine on the 17th.
The health authorities estimate that Mr. A was infected through contact with Mr. B (44), the 75th confirmed case in Guro-gu, on the 14th.
Mr. B, who was confirmed positive on the afternoon of the 15th, was identified as the son-in-law of Pastor C (61, female, the 72nd confirmed case in Guro-gu) of Pyeongan Church located in Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, who was confirmed positive earlier that morning.
