A 22-Year-Old Male COVID-19 Case Confirmed in Gaebong 1-dong, Guro-gu
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] On the 17th, one additional confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) was reported in Guro-gu.
The 76th confirmed case in Guro-gu is the son of the 47th confirmed case in the district (June 5, 2020).
Due to his father's positive diagnosis, he underwent a specimen test on the 5th, tested negative, and was under self-quarantine. Before the release from self-quarantine on the 16th, a test was conducted, and on the afternoon of the 17th, he was confirmed positive.
The confirmed case is asymptomatic. His mother, who lives with him and was tested together, was confirmed negative.
It was confirmed that he did not go out during self-quarantine. This confirmed case is scheduled to be transferred to an isolation hospital that evening.
