The reporter discovered a 2-meter-long yellow rat snake with its head caught in a net in the field and reported it. The crew from the Illo 119 Safety Center of Muan Fire Station immediately dispatched and safely captured the snake using capture tools, then handed it over to the Jeonnam Wildlife Rescue Management Center.

A representative from Muan Fire Station stated, “Snakes often appear when it rains or the weather is humid, and they tend to move through sewage systems.” They added, “If you find a snake, please do not provoke it. If bitten, do not rub the wound or move excessively, and immediately call 119.”
