KT Holds 'Cheongchunhae Concert' at Independent Movie Theaters
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] KT will hold the '#Cheongchunhae Concert' at five independent cinemas nationwide, including Seoul Indiespace, starting from the 19th. This event will be broadcast live to viewers' homes through Olleh TV, Seezn, and the official Olleh TV YouTube channel.
KT planned the ‘KT’s Independent Cinema Challenge, #Cheongchunhae’ to support young people frustrated by reduced opportunities to experience culture and arts due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, as well as independent cinemas and local musicians going through difficult times. This Cheongchunhae event consists of three parts. Parts 1 and 2 are ‘Olleh TV Art Movie Salon,’ a meeting with actors, and Part 3 is a musician talk concert, which will be broadcast live on screens set up at five regional independent cinemas. The event will be conducted in compliance with social distancing guidelines, maintaining distance between seats in each cinema. The ‘Olleh TV Art Movie Salon’ is an independent art film theater established by KT both online and offline to expand the base of independent films, allowing the public to easily access various independent films daily.
