Haitai Confectionery Pallazzo Launches 4 Types of 'Italian Special Menu'
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Gelato Palazzo, boasting a 140-year history, announced on the 17th the launch of an 'Italian Special Menu' that allows customers to taste the essence of Rome.
The menu includes three types of 'Tricolore' desserts inspired by the colors of the Italian flag, as well as the popular 'Walnut Gelato' from the Rome flagship store, totaling four items.
'Tricolore' means 'three-colored flag' in Italian. It features the Italian flag's colors: green, white, and red. Green is represented by green tea gelato, white by yogurt, milk, and formaggio (cream cheese) gelato, and red by strawberry jam.
