Dongwon F&B Launches Three Types of Western-Style Premium HMR 'Cuisine Brunch Soup'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Dongwon F&B announced on the 17th that it has launched three types of Western-style premium home meal replacements (HMR) ‘Cuisine Brunch Soup’ (Mushroom Chowder, Bacon Potato Chowder, Clam Chowder).
The three types of ‘Cuisine Brunch Soup’ are authentic soup products made by stirring and boiling flour, milk, and fresh cream together. They are chowder-type soups that are boiled with large pieces of natural ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the original taste and aroma of ingredients such as mushrooms, bacon, and clams. In addition, Dongwon F&B applied an advanced sterilization method incorporating its HMR manufacturing know-how, preserving the texture of the raw ingredients.
The three types of ‘Cuisine Brunch Soup’ consist of ‘Mushroom Chowder,’ which is rich in button mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms; ‘Bacon Potato Chowder,’ which contains bacon, potatoes, and onions for a savory flavor; and ‘Clam Chowder,’ which is packed with carefully selected clam meat. The three soups feature large natural ingredients and a clam vegetable broth for a rich flavor, and can be conveniently heated and eaten directly in the microwave without additional cooking. Each weighs 260g and is priced at 3,200 won.
