Jeonbuk Culture and Tourism Foundation Promotes Cultural Tourism Introduction Video Content Production Project
78 Teams Registered... 14 Teams Selected Amid 5:1 Competition
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Geon-ju] The Jeonbuk Culture and Tourism Foundation announced on the 15th that it will promote a video content production project introducing the beauty and diverse cultural tourism resources of Jeonbuk.
According to the foundation, 14 teams of creators selected from various regions nationwide went through a public contest and video screening last month, overcoming a competition rate of 5 to 1, and were selected as the ‘2020 Jeonbuk Tourism YouTube Creators.’
The foundation postponed the launch ceremony originally scheduled for the 5th and held an online non-face-to-face launch ceremony on the 12th.
The creators will visit 14 cities and counties in Jeonbuk over about five months to produce video content on cultural and tourism themes and promote and communicate through their personal SNS.
This project reflects changing travel trends after COVID-19, such as ‘places where people do not gather’ and ‘hidden travel destinations,’ throughout the project to discover hidden spots and must-visit places in the region.
