With the goal of preparing for the post-COVID-19 era and creating a long-term digital work environment, remote work including telecommuting and mobile work will be applied. All employees can work once a week from their desired location using IT infrastructure.
Bomap conducted telecommuting for 8 weeks from February in accordance with the government's social distancing guidelines. As a result, in a survey of employees, 82% responded that they were "very satisfied" or "satisfied." Regarding work efficiency, 83% answered "very efficient" or "efficient."
Additionally, Bomap plans to continuously improve the digital work environment by actively supporting systems and tools that enable efficient work during remote work.
