Dongshin University Conducts Career Mentoring Program 'Follow With Friend'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Dongshin University University Job Center (Director Oh Seongrok, Director of Student Employment Support) announced on the 15th that it conducted a career mentoring program called 'Flow with Friend' for students who have changed majors and transfer students.
The program, which started in April, had 18 participants, with teams formed by current students and students who changed majors, as well as current students and transfer students, setting career goals and devising specific employment strategies.
After conducting individual counseling, group counseling, job information exploration, exploration and analysis of experiences and activities to date, and mentor interviews, each team presented their employment portfolios.
Based on evaluations, outstanding teams were awarded prize money ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 won.
