[Breaking] Iran COVID-19 Daily Deaths 107... Surpasses 100 for First Time in Two Months
[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] The Iranian Ministry of Health reported on the 14th (local time) at noon that the number of deaths from the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) increased by 107 from the previous day, reaching 8,837.
This is the first time in two months since April 13 that Iran's daily new deaths have exceeded 100. The number of confirmed cases increased by 2,472 in one day, bringing the total to 187,427.

Iran's daily new confirmed cases had dropped to 802 on May 2 but have more than tripled again in just over a month. Recently, the number has remained above 2,000 for 20 consecutive days.
