Hwasun-gun Selected as an 'Excellent Institution' in Non-Tax Revenue Collection Performance Evaluation
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Young-gyun] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 12th that it was selected as an excellent institution in the '2019 Non-Tax Revenue Collection Performance Evaluation' conducted by Jeollanam-do.
The county exceeded its target in the non-tax revenue collection performance evaluation conducted by Jeollanam-do for 22 cities and counties, achieving a delinquent collection rate of 106%, receiving an excellent institution award and a prize of 1 million won.
Also, having overcome previous poor performance, it received the Encouragement Award last year and the Excellence Award this year, becoming an institution awarded for two consecutive years.
This was the result of implementing special management for high-amount and chronic delinquents, while establishing and promoting systematic and efficient delinquent collection measures such as inducing voluntary payment through installment plans, and adjusting the intensity of seizure and public auction dispositions.
