Geumcheon-gu Reports 26th Confirmed Case (Contact of Yesu Vision Holiness Church)
Confirmed Case No. 26, 45-Year-Old Male Resident of Doksan 1-dong, Contact of Geumcheon Confirmed Case No. 19
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Seonghun Yoo) announced on the 11th that the 26th confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has been newly identified.
The 26th confirmed case is a 45-year-old male, Mr. A, living with his mother in Doksan 1-dong, who was identified as a contact of the 19th confirmed case in Geumcheon-gu (Yesu Vision Holiness Church).
Mr. A was classified as a retest subject in the test conducted on the 10th but was finally confirmed positive on the 11th.
The district office plans to transfer Mr. A to a nationally designated hospital and will implement self-quarantine measures and conduct tests for his cohabiting family members.
