Seongdong Police Station in Seoul announced on the 11th that they have applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A, who is suspected of attempted murder and special property damage.
Mr. A is accused of breaking the front and side windows of a car driven by a neighbor with an axe at an apartment complex in Seongdong-gu on the 10th. During the investigation, Mr. A reportedly stated, "When the car's tail lights are on, I feel like I am being watched."
