Electroland Opens New Power Center Songhyeon Branch
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] E-Land announced on the 11th that it will newly open the ‘Power Center Songhyeon Branch’ in Seongdang-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu.
The E-Land Power Center Songhyeon Branch is a premium experiential home appliance store where customers can try out various home appliances firsthand. On the first floor, computer-related appliances such as PCs, laptops, and monitors, which have seen increased demand due to the rise in remote work, are gathered. The second floor TV zone and health appliance zone feature sofas and tables along with 11 massage chairs, creating an experiential space where customers can relax while shopping. The third floor is dedicated to kitchen appliances like dishwashers, which have recently gained attention due to the premium convenience trend, as well as clothing care appliances, allowing customers to easily compare products from various brands.
The E-Land Power Center Songhyeon Branch is organized across three floors totaling 1,004㎡ (304 pyeong) into zones such as IT zone, TV zone, health appliance zone, vacuum cleaner zone, large kitchen appliance zone, small kitchen appliance zone, and clothing care appliance zone for efficient shopping. Additionally, the seasonal appliance zone features air conditioners, dehumidifiers, circulators, and fans tailored for the summer season.
To commemorate the opening, E-Land is holding discount events and promotions. From the 11th to the 14th, for four days, home appliances will be offered at maximum discounts of up to 46% on TVs, 44% on air conditioners, 30% on dehumidifiers, 12% on air purifiers, 40% on fans, 7% on air circulators, and 42% on massage chairs.
Moreover, the E-Land Power Center Songhyeon Branch will provide gifts such as jjimnambae (steamed pot), plate sets, bowl sets, and ceramic tableware sets to customers who purchase over 500,000 KRW, depending on the payment amount. Various manufacturers have also prepared different gifts. Samsung Electronics offers Glasslock containers and air fryers; LG Electronics provides frying pan sets, pot sets, and UV sterilizing dryers; Winia Daewoo offers electric grills, air purifiers, and steam irons; and Cuckoo Electronics gives bowl sets and air circulators, all varying according to purchase amount and products.
Yoon Jong-il, head of the E-Land promotion group, said, “We designed the store so customers can enjoy shopping, experiencing, and relaxing all at once,” adding, “We will thoroughly implement quarantine measures so customers can visit with peace of mind.”

Meanwhile, E-Land plans to newly open the ‘Power Center Gunsan Main Branch’ in Gyeongam-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk on the 18th. The Power Center Gunsan Main Branch will showcase a new-concept living space designed in collaboration with Vens Korea, ranked first in Korean brand preference for design furniture.
